YS-8C/12 liquefied petroleum gas cylinder hydrostatic test machine is mainly used to test the compressive strength of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders. The equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T9251-2011(Hydraulic Test Methods for Cylinders) and GB5842-2006 (Liquefied Petroleum Gas Cylinders). It is a fully automatic equipment for hydrostatic test of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders.

The equipment is mainly composed of machine rack, hydraulic test pipeline system, pneumatic control pipeline system, cylinder positioning device, cylinder conveying system, water circulation and filtration system, electrical control system and software system.



1.Machine Rack
The rack is the carrier for all parts of equipment


2.Hydrostatic test pipeline system
a.Hydrostatic test pipeline system, including all pipelines, valves and water filling pumps for water filling, hydraulic test and drainage


b.The configuration in the pipeline system can realize the operation of cylinder water filling, hydraulic test and drainage, which can be completed under the condition of one-time positioning and compaction. The above actions can be automated through cooperation with the electrical system


c.In the pipeline system, the center rod adopts elastic and telescopic structure, which can adapt to the deviation of cylinder height to a certain extent, and ensure that the water inside the cylinder can be drained after the hydraulic test


d.In the pipeline system, the test pressure in the cylinder is displayed in the configuration of one cylinder, one meter with one valve, which can independently and accurately display the pressure holding condition of each cylinder under test


e.The pipeline system is equipped with a precision pressure gauge, which can be used to calibrate other pressure measuring instruments in the system


f.The pipeline system is equipped with an electric inductive response pressure gauge, which can realize the overpressure protection of the system


g.In the pipeline system, each test station is equipped with a pressure sensor, which can accurately display the test pressure of each station and accurately control the test process of each station


3.Pneumatic control pipeline system
The pneumatic control pipeline system refers to the pneumatic pipeline and valve used in the equipment to control the action of each pneumatic actuator. Through the cooperation with the electrical system, the automation of the action of the pneumatic actuator can be realized


4.Cylinder positioning device
Through the cylinder positioning device, the cylinder under test can be accurately positioned to ensure that the pressure head in the hydraulic test pipeline system can be accurately inserted into the cylinder under test


5.Cylinder conveying system
The cylinder conveying system used in this equipment is a servo plate chain conveying line, which can be applied to various specifications of steel cylinders


6.Water circulation and filtration system
In this equipment,there is a 3m 3(three cubic meter volume) water tank for the medium of water recycling, it is connected with the hydraulic test pipeline system to realize the recycling of test water. The water circulation system is also equipped with a cartridge filter to filter the circulating water and effectively protect the valves in the hydraulic test pipeline system. It is recommended that users set up sedimentation tanks for test water to ensure the cleanness of test water and reduce the frequency of replacement of test water


7.Electrical system
All electrical actuators are controlled by PLC programming to realize the automation of all operations. Use the touch screen as the man-machine interface to adjust the equipment operation parameters, and monitor the equipment operation and operation status

1. The equipment adopts PLC programming control, and all actions are automatic, 12-workstations,it can test 200 pcs of 26.2L LPG cylinders per hour,meet the mass production requirement


2. During the whole process of the test, water filling, water pressure test and drainage process will be completed in sequence under the condition that the tested cylinder is positioned and pressed once


3. The equipment is equipped with an electric inductive response pressure gauge. If overpressure occurs, the pressure can be relieved in time for protection. With the above multiple protection functions, the safe operation of the equipment can be ensured
