Refillable Steel Welded Gas Cylinder Refurbishment & Testing Production Line

Common Knowledge about Inspection of Refillable Welded Steel Liquefied Petroleum Gas Cylinders
Why is it necessary to conduct periodic inspections on liquefied petroleum gas cylinders?

Liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, after prolonged use, may exhibit phenomena such as paint peeling, corrosion, mechanical damage (such as dents, scratches, etc.), valve opening difficulties, gas leaks, etc. If not inspected regularly, timely detection and treatment of the above phenomena may result in reducing the service life of the cylinders or even causing accidents.

How should customers send their liquefied petroleum gas cylinders for inspection?
1.Customers can either bring the cylinders to the Jishun company's gas cylinder filling station themselves or entrust a reputable gas delivery company for transportation.
2.Normally, the inspection process takes 5 working days. Customers should promptly present their inspection certificates to retrieve the cylinders if they pass the inspection or the scrap vouchers if they fail. Failure to retrieve within 2 months will be considered as abandonment. When a cylinder is declared unusable, the inspection station will issue a notification and refund the full inspection fee.
3.If customers have any questions about the inspected cylinders, they can either personally visit the inspection station or entrust someone to inquire, with the inquiry validity period being one month.
4.Customers are not allowed to saw, drill, weld, or mark the cylinders themselves to avoid damaging the cylinders or causing them to be declared unusable.
5.Customers are not permitted to weld repair the cylinders themselves, as this will lead to them being declared unusable.

What are the procedures for cylinder inspection? There are eighteen procedures for cylinder inspection:

1.Data recording

2.Negative pressure residual gas extraction

3.Valve disassembly

4.Steam cleaning
